Illness is a state of being

This 10 week online course recognises the powerful effects our emotions and attitudes have on our physical immune function and healing. It addresses lots of fascinating life altering questions and topics:


  • Who are you really? 
  • Why do you get disease and become poorly?
  • What makes you fundamentally 'tick'?
  • How perfectionist are you?
  • Why you people please
  • Knowing whether your stress is proportionate
